Cancellation Policy: For the courtesy of all our patients, please call at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule. A $20 charge will be added to a patient's account should we not be notified of a cancellation. Regretfully, we must enforce this policy due to an increasing number of last minute cancellations, appointment changes and no shows. Any exceptions to this policy will be made at the discretion of the PT 360 administration staff.
